How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 5-25 business days, excluding processing times. Please check our shipping information page.
How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
It will take approximately 2-7 business days. If you have not received a shipping notification after 7 business days please contact our support team.
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, email us immediately at email@example.com. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
I have entered an incorrect address. What do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one. Please note we cannot change the address if the product has been shipped.
Which currency will I be charged in?
We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
